The Old Man and the Sea

An old man goes out in his boat and ventures far into the sea to fish. He succeeds in catching a large fish and begins his journey back to shore, content with his catch, as his trip bore fruit. However, not everything one wishes for comes true. Soon, ferocious sharks emerge from their hiding places in the sea to attack the fish that the old man had tied to his small boat. Despite all the old man's desperate attempts to save his fish, his efforts were in vain, and the sharks succeeded in devouring the fish, leaving nothing but its skull and backbone.
