Women's Mental Health
It sheds light on unknown areas in the psychological makeup of women in their various states and stages. The author wrote it based on cases he dealt with in the psychological clinic and in the wider society over 44 years of experience in psychiatry. It aims for a deeper scientific understanding of women to achieve better mental health for them and, consequently, for society as a whole. Women hold the reservoir of happiness, security, stability, love, giving, and values for all family members, and indeed for society as a whole. If we understand and nurture them as we should, they will shower us with their blessings.
