Empire in decline
He asserts that the United States was an empire, having secured its vital space by seizing indigenous lands and committing genocidal crimes before heading east, west, and south to expand its influence. The book argues that what distinguishes this empire is its creation of international organizations and multinational institutions that penetrated the fabric of societies and made the American model the dominant one. It foresees the end of this empire based on objective indicators that include politics, economy, and culture, attributing the factors of this decline to internal reasons, namely the contraction of the American economy, the general state of frustration prevalent in society due to an unfair social policy, and the collapse of myths or doctrines.
