Caliph Omar bin Al-Khattab
Al-Farooq Omar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, who liberated Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa, the first of the two qiblahs and the third of the two holy sanctuaries, and the place of our Prophet Muhammad's night journey, peace be upon him, who conquered the empires of Persia and Rome because he chose great leaders for this mission who planned, spread Islam, and freed people from polytheism. Omar's genius, may Allah be pleased with him, was evident in administrative organization by choosing the most competent governors and by applying justice to his subjects in word and deed.
