Tales of Our Neighborhood

Childhood stories, tales of alleys and streets, details of families, their lives, thoughts, customs, and traditions—stories told with a precision only available to those who witnessed them. This is how tales are told in our neighborhood. "Our Neighborhood Tales" are tales of our world; the narrator recounts various stories he has lived, each a complete narrative unit, with the neighborhood and the tekke (dervish lodge) as protagonists, with their legends and mysteries.
