Jack and the Beanstalk

An ancient tale from English folklore, whose author is unknown, and which has been told many times. A version of it appeared in 1734. It then spread to be published with different variations, in the world of illustrated children's stories and animated films, to this very day, becoming one of the most important classic stories in the world. This tale relies on the idea of seeking salvation from poverty, and rushing to accept a deal that at first glance seems crazy and unfair, but it relies on the naivety of children and their good faith in others, and this is what is later rewarded with joyful results.
