Advantage Why Organizational Health is Superior
This book is the result of an unexpected journey, which began when I was just a child, perhaps eight or nine years old. My father was a very skilled salesman, but I remember him often returning home from work frustrated, complaining about the way his company was managed. I didn't know what management was, but I was certain that my father shouldn't feel frustrated after dedicating ten hours of his time to work. Years later, I started working as a waiter during high school and a bank teller during college, getting my first real glimpse of management. Still, I didn't fully understand everything it entailed. It was clear to me that some things happening in the organization I worked for made sense, while others didn't, and all those things had a real impact on my colleagues and the customers we served.
