Letters to Milena
A book collecting some of Franz Kafka's letters to Milena Jesenská, the Czech journalist, from 1920 to 1923. Milena, the married, beautiful, twenty-four-year-old woman overflowing with femininity, was different from all his other female friends. Kafka's letters to Milena were unique and unlike his letters to anyone else; they were the most beautiful because Milena understood him best, and he felt comfortable and free with her.
